New member to the forums but not FitDay!
Just wanted to say hello! I've been dieting hardcore for about 1 year now, more so in the last 6 months. Lost 40 pounds and I have 40 or so more to go.
Eating healthy and exercising is doing the trick....AND not keeping foods I can't control myself with in the house.
I posted a before and during pic in the success stories sub forum.
