After wondering around for ~30 min, I decided to purchase the PC application, but because I am from Europe, Romania, I am unable to do so.

Why is that?

I'm guessing that it's nit available in Europe. Why have you been wondering around for 30 minutes? Is there something that you are having trouble with? If so, I may be able to help.

nope, I'm fine, thank you :). I'm just disappointed that I'm unable to buy the software and I don't get it why it is unavailable for Europe, since it's just a software ...

It is very strange, especially since it's available for download, so there's no shipping costs involved. I can think of two things why it's not available:

1) They don't want to be bothered setting up the site to convert euros to dollars, and there's not a big enough market in Europe for the incentive.
2) The software probably comes with support, at least for the first 30 days. The cost for international phone charges may be prohibitive.

But I'm just guessing...
