Hi everyone,,I am still so new that i am not sure how to navigate thru the site yet. I am enjoying the awesome setup for tracking all calories on a daily basis. I needed this badly. Its amazing how much we do eat that we are not aware of. But i am here now and have made the commitment to myself to get back in shape and stay that way. I have always eaten fairly healthy, but aparantly too much. I do step on the scale a lot, but want to see those first few pounds come off for encouragement. I have started out fasting for a couple of days drinking mostly water to cleanse my body. Thanks for being here everyone and i hope that i will learn to use this site to its full potential.
