Hello. I started using this site on Monday, and just found the forums last night. I am in my late 30s, and I want to loose 55 pounds. Since I am pre-diabetic, I decided to use the South Beach diet. I'm on day five, and so far it is going pretty well. I like vegetables just fine, but few excite me. I hope the more I eat them, the more I start enjoying them! I have gained 65 pounds in the last 5 years, and I am determined to get it off and not go back!
