Hello, my name is Amy, I'm a little fat too, but I used to be morbidly obese. Welcome aboard, this is a great site, the logs are an easy tool to use and the forum is about as good as it gets for a support group.

ummm.... did you mean "fat"?
I guess I never realized the relationship between "fit" and "fat". Take the word "fat" and replace it with an I as in "I am" and you get fit. huh!
