Hello. I'm a 57 year old male. 5'11", 242 this morning. Just had a complete physical and my doctor says I'm "healthy but fat." I bike about 40 miles (about 3 hours) per week, and I lift weights once a week. I feel great, but I admit I'm vain. I want to look better. I have a history of taking weight off and putting it back on. Every year that goes by, it's a little easier to put them on, and a little harder to take them off.
My goal is 232 in 6 weeks, which means 778 fewer calories per day. My biggest enemies are cheese and beer.
