My name's Jennifer. I've been using FitDay for about two weeks and now that I've made it a part of my ruitine I figured I'd try to become of the community too.

I'm a high school senior from Texas and came from a chunky family and have tried many diets and such but with simply recording everything and being more aware of what I eat and how much I burn off has given me real results. A little more about me is that I play 6 different instruments (flute, guitar, bass, piano, clarinet, and drums), I sing in choir and musical theatre, I'm your basic honors student who just wants to be healthy and focused in my life since I have one more year til I go off to college and will have to battle that pesky Freshman 15. Well that's about it so comment bellow if you want to know anything else about me or if there's anyway I could help because no one can lose weight effectively alone and I'm happy to help

Welcome to the FitDay community Jennifer. I thought it was the Freshman 10, is it 15 now?
