Hello everyone I'm so excited about making a change to my body,mind and spirit.This time I have decided to lose the weight for me. I started this transformation on July 12 weighing 234 and today Aug 4 220lbs that is 14lbs gone. I do Walk Away the pounds dvd in the mornings and walk in the evenings for about a mile. I have changed my eating habits and drink tons of water, also I started taking Oxyelite Pro and so far things are looking up for me. My ultimate goal is to be around 175lbs.
