Hi everyone, i'm new just logged onto this site about 10 minutes ago. Pretty much down in the dumps about my weight looking to lose 3 stone but will be happy with 2.5!! First time I've done this sort of thing so hoping it will keep me positive and give me an insight into what I am eating and how my exercise pays off.:)
Like many things you will get out of FitDay what you put into it, but there are many here that totally swear by it for accountability and love the forums for companionship, new ideas, and thoughtful evaluation.
