Been trying to find an online forum and came across this one. I joined Goodlife in Jan with the discount program at work, and haven't been in too much lately. Need to start up again. Have about 60 lbs to loose.
Trying to talk myself into hitting the excercycle at the gym tonight. Not sure how to log that into the log as the only bike options seems to be actual biking .
New motivation - t-shirts for helping at this years golf tournament are not only form fitting t's, but they're white! Yikes.

Hi Nanci, welcome. Love your motivation...anything with the words "form-fitting" is enough to get one going!
For the biking, look under "Conditioning." It gives you options for stationary bikes.
