I am Florida Ray and although I have used FITDAY for a few years, I have really not used the forums that much, so I guess you could say I am new at this part of FITDAY.

I need to lose a huge amount of weight, not just a few pounds, so maybe you will see me around the forums.

I too used fitday years ago when they either did not have a forum or I failed to notice. I am really liking the forums so far. Here's hoping you do as well!

I notice your location is the villages. If it is the active retirement community in FL to which I visited w my FIL years ago then paint me jealous! What a fun place to live!! wow.
