Hey, I'm Lorrs, I joined Fitday last week and I only just had a chance to look around the forums now. I'm 28, soon to be 29, and have gotten it into my head that I'd like to lose weight and be fit by the time I hit 30. I want to be able to say I look better in my 30s then I ever did in my 20s!
I suppose I fit into the not following a particular diet crowd. I am sort of calorie counting by recording what I eat on Fitday. However, the main thing I'm doing is trying to keep it healthy, eat 3 meals per day, eating healthy low cal snacks if I feel like snacking and trying to add some exercise of some kind to each day.
I'm looking forward to posting on here and reading everyone elses posts as I think it will help me to stay motivated seeing as we're all in the same boat
