Hello everyone!

Happy to be here, I am 33yrs old 5 ft 3. Had a baby 3 months ago today! Since then I had lost 34 pounds! I am 179 pounds will like to reach 130 for my daughter 1st b-day. My husband is an NPC bodybuilder and I feel sooooo inadequated around he and his friends to the point that I dont want to go out with him anymore, hate the way people looks at me, like what the heck is he doing with her? So I want to regain my health and selfsteem again!

Hi Welcome!! I am a newbie also, and I have found so many ways from all the wonderful people here to help with my diet and exercise with the advise and experience that they have!
I also feel inadequate next to my police officer fiance', that we often get looks like "Why is he with her?" We are getting married in October and I am hoping to lose the 28lbs that I have listed as my goal!!

Yes he is and very supportive too. But I cant eat eggs,steak and chicken all the time like he does lol!!!
