burn 300 cal. in 30 min......

yesterday was my first day, and its is wonderful went to the gym and burn 300 calories in 30 min. Just hoping that I can stay motivated It's just so hard giving up those snacks thats my problem I love to snacking. My goal is to go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week. Have a great day!!!!:o |
