Hiya
I just want to introduce myself and say hello
A girl at work told me about this community months, and I finally decided to check it out. I think this is great!
I'm 27, from Ontario, Canada and ...
I'm a procrastinator, I put everything off until the last minute, including taking care of my health. I can't do that do myself anymore, it ends today, I'm going to log on here every day and I'm going to lose weight and be a healthier person! I'm also going to take advantage of the forums for advice and support.
So far today I'm happy with my calory balance, but I only just had lunch and I'm already at 91% of my recommended sodium! wow!

Welcome Cassy!
I think you will find lots of eye opening experiences as you continue to log your foods and activities (I sure did! ). One thing that can help is to just log your "regular" eating habits for a week or two before making any changes. That way you will get a better idea of what areas you need to work on.
Most people find it easier to tackle one bad habit at a time rather than trying to completely overhaul the diet all at once. But everyone is different. We look forward to reading all about your progress.
