Wish me Luck
I am new, new, new at FitDay, but I'm keen and I want to lose! My goal is 68 pounds and this time, I'm going to make it! I've tried all the weight loss strategies out there, Weight Watchers being the best. Accountability is the key, I think. I am hoping that I can see my results using FitDay and be successful. Wish me luck! I need it! :)
I'm afraid I don't ever wish anyone "luck" at weight loss as it has nothing to do with it. You need a plan that will give you enough of a calorie deficit to lose weight yet eat enough so that you won't be tempted to give up or "cheat". It sounds like WW is working for you, so that's great. If there's anything we can do to help, just say the word!
