Well I guess I'm a newbie cuz I only posted in the forums once and haven't really learned how to use them properly yet. But I have been using the site to keep track of my foods and activities since Feb. It's great!
As I posted before, my heaviest weight was 215lbs and when I began using fitday I was down to 197lbs. I've since been more careful about the foods I choose to eat and have kept up with exercising. I am happy to say that I am now 173lbs!!! Yay!!! I did get off my exercise routine for about 3 weeks, but luckily did not gain any weight back and now I'm back on track. My goal weight is 135lbs because I want to have a little muscle. So instead of thinking 40 more lbs to drop, I am looking it as 20 lbs twice....it helps. Good luck to everyone.
