Hello another newbie!

Hi I'm Kimberley, I'm 19 and have been trying to lose weight for as long as I can remember! Over the past 2 years I have lost around 2st (28lbs) but now I am really struggling to get to my goal weight. So I'm hoping logging all my info here will help me keep on track.

Also would be nice to have some weight loss buddies

Hi Kimberly, welcome! I'm newish too, but have found all the guys here really nice, and very helpful!
My advice would be to check out the stuff that has been said before your arrival - the old posts, as you can find some very useful information here, as well as people that are happy to share what they've found on their journey.
