First week here
Hi everyone! I just finished my first week with a loss of 2.4lbs. It was 3 yesterday- digital scae go figure. I would like to lose 60 lbs. I weigh in daily although I don't live by the numbers on the scale. I have decided to measure weekly as I tend to retain water and would like to track the puffy parts and see if they correspond with items on my food list. The neck of all places is one of the problem spots.
Very encouraged so far and I've found the posts very helpful. Can't wait to try the choc. oatmeal because I've been spending lots on the bars.
