Default Newbie Here

Hi:

I joined this forum because I need support in getting healthy, again. Since I'm new, I haven't yet had a chance to look around. But I hope that there's a thread that have you to list how much exercising you're doing each day. I need this type of accountability or a workout buddy.

Welcome to FitDay and the forums!

Yes, there is a "Did you exercise today" thread in the Exercise subforum. Of course, you'll want to record your exercise in your own journal using the "Activities" tab as well. If you have any questions or need help, just ask.

the "did you exercise today" is why I joined - it helps me to have people know (and my friends are fairly bored by my running and crunching stories!)

There is also a "Motivational Thread" where you can make up a list of goals for the week and then report in daily or whatever.

I guess I had better start the process by listing my weight - Ugh!

Next, I will join the did you exercise today? and friday weigh-in buddies threads.
