Hello! A little about myself... I am now a mother of an 11-month-old little boy. I just haven't been one to "bounce back" after my pregnancy. I am still struggling to lose the baby weight. I would like to lose about 20-30 pounds. So I just purchased a copy of First magazine (June 6, 2011), and I'm very curious to try the 21-day detox plan. It's supposed to be good for your liver?
Anyone willing to try this with me?
