Default Hi - Sick and Tired

Hi my name is Qsquared and I decided to join Fitday after trying on clothes for an event that I was attending on Saturday 5/14 and found the perfect outfit but couldn't fit it So today I did some research and found fitday to help me loose weight without any Fad diets!!

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.

Default Me TOO!

As soon as my clothes get snug I came back to FitDay. I used this site about 3 years ago to help track my food and activities and lost 30 pounds. I hope it works as well for you and helps me get back on the wagon.
