Hi there i'm starting on tuesday but thought i'd start posting now i normally do slimming world but have found its not restrictive enough.
I love my food especially bbqs and chocolate.
I have a hubby and a 7yr old daughter with Aspergers which is hard work but shes a dear really.
I'm 5ft 4" and 10st 2lbs ive recently lost 1st but 17lbs but put on 7lbs over easter and im still struggling.
I hope you can all help me please and il do my best to support you all.

When did you find out that your daughter had Aspergers? I work with families that have kids or family members with special needs. I can understand that it may be a challenge but I've met some wonderful kids.

our daughter was diagnosed a month ago its taken 2.5 yrs but it seems we are quite lucky as its not recognised in many children until later on apparently we have got some support groups to get in touch with and hopefully the school will be successful in getting a statment as they've said they have run out of funding to help her anymore than they are already.
