hey everyone,

just wanted to say hi, i joined yesterday for the first time, i'm on the atkins induction phase, it is my second time, as the first time was my lifestyle but then i met my ex who ate alot and drank alot i put on 2 stone and have hated it......so i'm 18stone lighter after getting rid of him, just got my own 2 stone to go and happier than ever.
