I'm a newcomer to FitDay. I have heard a lot concerning high protein diets. Although I do not have a lot of weight to loose I'm hoping I can still receive some support. I'm beginning the "attack" phase tomorrow. My ideal weight was calculated higher than what I was thinking...maybe due to my age? I'm 51. It doesn't really matter I just need to lower my cholesterol and stabilize my blood sugar levels.
