Hello from the Ozarks

Hi all. New guy here. I have been on my weight loss journey since Dec 12, 2010. Since I started I have been using a collection of weight loss sites to garner info to help me on my way.

To date I have dropped 76.8 pounds, and have about 125 to go.

Love the site, will be on here every day looking for tidbits of knowledge.
