Hello all today is the first day posting on here.I have been using fitday for a couple months thanks to a gentleman on bodybuilding .com (i was viewing all the transformations on there for inspiration) thats how I found this site.I finally bought a scale(i was too scared two months ago to do it) I lost some weight before the scale how much? I dont know(thank you self) Anyway last monday weighed 347 lbs this monday (4-18) 335lbs .So i guess i should be happy with that number.So thats it stopping by to say Hello to everyone and hoping I will be able to give some advice and more importantly get some myself .
Im new here too. Good for you taking positive steps...and it sounds lime you are making progress. Though we all want to look / feel better quickly, it helps me to think "marathon" not "sprint." -Good luck to you!
Yeah i was a little relaxed with my dietfor about two weeks before i bought my scale and got ready to really tighten up so the 12 pounds was proably a result of that I dont expect that weekly I am hoping for at least a two a week!
