Hello everyone i started my journey in July 2010 by having Bastric bypass surgery i highest weight was the day of surgery at 402 I am happy to say i am down to 279 after 8 months but still have a ways to go I have been exercising everday and feeling alot healther i have my good days and bad days seem to be at a stall thats why i joined to track my foods and exercize i hope to meet some people who are going through the same process of becomeing healthy and fit
