Default After my motorcycle accident...

I gained some weight, now after a little over a year, I am losing it with the help of this site. I love how easy it is to log all the food you eat. Helps so much!

I am 5'11'' and weighed 199 on 3/29. Today I weigh 186. My goal is 159.

Sorry to hear about your accident--hope your healed up now. Back in the saddle?

And I agree, FitDay makes losing weight just about as easy as it can be. Keep us posted as to your progress.
