Newbie with a lapband
Hello everyone,
I was banded on 4/1/2011 and was recommended to go this site. I am currently in the mushie stage and need to watch my protein intake. I need to get in at least 60gm daily and beyond is great. I am really scared because I am pretty much on my own (no fill yet), so I have to watch what I eat. I am looking forward to this journey.:) |
