welcome to FitDay! If you want to "see" a difference don't be camera shy and take a lot of pictures. Before and after pics are the best way to see a difference.
I've only been at it for a week, but you know I did take before pictures! I'm planning on taking them every week. I "used" to be 16% bmi around 5 years ago, and I'm going to get back to that!
