New to FitDay
My name is Tommy. I'm here because I need to get back in shape and I need a way to not only keep track of the things I'm eating, but also something to keep me accountable. My goal is to lose 30 lbs. I'm 6'3 and I have a muscular build. I want to get back into shape and shed the pounds. I'm at 240 right now and want to get down to 210 by August. I want to get back to my old weight really bad!
