Another new member :-)
I'm new here.My name is Saskia and I'm 51 years old, married to a wonderfull husband, Ron, and mom of 3 kids. 2 married, and one still at home.We live in Saskatchewan, Canada.
I was on here like 8 years ago too. It worked to keep an eye on my calories, so I'm back. I try not to go over my 1200/1400 calories a day and keep up with my exersizes.
Oh, and I love horses and own 2.
I clicker train horses and teach people how to learn this great training method for horses.
I hope to find some new friends here, to keep me motivated and hopefully I can motivate others here, and also to find recipes with low calories.
I was 70 kg, and that is my limit.
I weigh now 68.9 kg and my goal is 60 kg. I'm orriginally from Holland so I'm in metric.
