I am new to the forum as a recovering Atkins "dieter". Although the plan worked well for a while, I am making changes in my lifestyle which require major focus on fitness, nutrition, physical rest, and mind/spirit renewal.
I'm happy about joining you guys, and look forward to the challenge of following a more disciplined routine: This time it's not just about getting skinny. It's about living up to my best potential, and living a balanced life. There are several areas of my life that I wish to improve...all of which point to smarter time management and taking better care of myself.
