Hello, I'm new here, and I just got done creating an account. I'm a 20 year old male, and my goal is to lose at least 60 lbs. I'm around 200 right now, I think.. Haven't even checked my weight in awhile. But, I'm sick of being fat and less-energetic. I want to be able to live my life healthily and be FIT. I want to gain some muscles, lose all my flabby body fat sticking out of different areas. I want to succeed. My first step is to find a way to get transportation to the gym. Secondly, I must make a plan to try to workout almost everyday of the week, until I am pretty satisfied with my weight and workouts. I hope I can succeed, I will if I am persistent.
