Hey, Lisa! Welcome! FitDay is a terrific site, and it can give you so many different kinds of feedback, it's really like having your own cheering section. (And it will never tell you, "Oh, don't be silly! You can have half a pepperoni pizza just this once." Bet your friends will, though!) I love the graphs, esp. the weight loss over time and the information on percentages of carbs/protein/fat. And the journal, which can help you over some rough patches. And of course the Discussion Boards. FitDay will always tell you what you're doing right! If you need encouragement, stop in and say so, and I'll bet somebody will be here to support you.
