Default Hi, First Day Of My Diet

Hello, my name is Joe and it's my first day of my diet. I also plan to make this a lifestyle change. I weighed in at 239.6 Lbs this morning and I plan to get down to what I consider a good weight for me which is 170 Lbs. I plan to do this by Aug 22 of this year. I would appreciate any support I can get. I'm cutting out all my favorite foods which I also consider trigger foods and those include Chocolate, Cheese, Pizza, Burritos and Nachos. I will report weekly, wish me luck. Thanks
