Cool new on fitday

hi everybody!
Completely new on this site made the acc just an hour ago. Joined the site becouse it seemed friendly and i needed a website to keep track on my fat loss/muscle growth(not at the same time^^),calorie/protein intake and keep a logg on how much i train. Im into mma but im just competing in SW(subbmision wrestling) Atm so i also need a tool to help me cut wieght before wiegh in and this seemed like a really good one.
