Hi, welcome. I have to say that I did not start to lose any weight until about 6 weeks in my program. I found that my body just had to readjust to my new way of life. Once the lbs came off it was a steady 2lbs a week. I have lost 80 lbs since January of last year. I am struggling with those last couple lbs. They were off last week and back on this week after super bowl. Not bad I guess but I kept going. I did make sure that after a few months I changed my routine, added about ten minutes to my workouts or upped the intensity. Good luck with your journey and just don't give up.
