My goal is to lose a hundred pounds over the course of the next year. I have a brand new baby girl who was born in august and i decided that there was no way i was gonna let her miss out on anything in life because daddy couldn't keep up. I began by adjusting my calorie intake as well as how my diet was balanced. To compliment my diet I began walking 1-2 miles per day in office I work. Im hoping to step my excercise up a notch next week by beginning the P90X program.
