I just decided to do something like this today, and did it! My hope is that this is going to help me get (and stay) focused! I need to get motivated to get to the gym, and I need to be honest with myself about what I'm eating every day. My big weakness is eating late at night - so naughty! And of course it's not veggies and fruits, it's crackers and cheese! I'm 31 and my metabolism is not what it used to be, nor is my activity level with a full time desk job! I don't want to just "let myself go", and I feel that's what is happening here. I'm looking forward to being inspired by you all!
