I applaud your decision to come to FitDay to help you lose weight--it DOES work, if you make the commitment. Ask to making and sticking with the commitment, I don't know what to tell you. If I did, I'd be rich and skinny.
Seriously, you've just got to want to lose weight more than you want to continue in your current condition and current lifestyle. That's it. If you want it, you'll do it (and it sure sounds like you do want it!).
