I need to lose at least 30 lbs and I've tried many things, however, I never stay with it. I really need to commit to this program. So I'll take any advice and/or encouragement! Thanks and goodluck to all ;)

I applaud your decision to come to FitDay to help you lose weight--it DOES work, if you make the commitment. Ask to making and sticking with the commitment, I don't know what to tell you. If I did, I'd be rich and skinny. ;)
Seriously, you've just got to want to lose weight more than you want to continue in your current condition and current lifestyle. That's it. If you want it, you'll do it (and it sure sounds like you do want it!).
Spend some time reading the subforums and if you have any specific questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
