I'm a newbie
Hello, I'm new and am so thrilled I found this site. Before finding this site I have lost 18 pounds just cutting out eating anything after dinner time and no junk food. But I have 9 more pounds I want to lose. I'm using the food finder, which I love. The problem I'm having is that while I easily stay within the calorie range I need to lose the 9 pounds, my ratio seems to end up at about 60% carbs and am not getting as much protein as I should. I never realized now many carbs are in almost everything. Any one else have that problem of any good suggestions of how to lower carbs and raise protein?
