Default Using FitDay to help me meet my deployment health goals.

I've used FitDay before, but left it for a long time. Now that I'm deployed to a rather remote place in Afghanistan with little to do outside of work and think about my health and fitness, I've decide to grab the bull by the horns and get to work losing the 50 lbs I've gained in the last 4 1/2 years. I plan to get on here every day and update my progress. Wish me luck!

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.

thank you for your service and make the best of your time over there. Sticking to it and being accountable will be key and posting everyday with an update is a good idea. There is a thread in the women's section about weekly goals in which everyone checks in daily.

Good luck Heather! I to am in the Army and need to lose about the same amount of weight. I'm going to email you on AKO and maybe we can support each other! Stay safe!
