I want to be a loser...
I want to be a loser -- forever. I want to lose the weight that is making me nutty and lose it for good. The "diets" don't work -- been on all the pills -- I'm 30lbs more than I should be and 40lbs more than I want to be. I am hoping that by having to enter everything I shove in my pie-hole that I will successfully change my habits. Any thoughts from the vets out there on keeping it fresh and sticking to it would be more than welcome! Thanks!

Everybody is a little different, so you have to be prepared to study yourself routinely and make adjustments to your plan as necessary. One thing I think most of us regulars on the forum have in common is that we all recognize that bad days happen and have learned to forgive ourselves for slip-ups, and climb right back on the wagon.

welcome to FitDay. It'll be a real eye opener once you start logging EVERYTHING. Don't forget the activities tab and log that as well.
