Smile Another newbie!

Hey all my name is Jessica and I'm new to everything that comes with dieting honestly. I always weighed a healthy amount in middle school and high school, then with College came stress, a boyfriend, a job, and everyone wanting my money and I started putting on the pounds, and being short doesn't help much.

So here I am counting my calories as my first step and moving on from there, I also bought Shape Ups! woo!

So yep that's pretty much my story of why I am here.
