Talking Hello hello hello!

Hey!
I did not know fitday had a forum!
Ive been on fitday for about 3 weeks and its helped SO MUCH!
Mostly by what I put in the food log I learned how bad those things are and now Alot of the things I used to eat kinda gross me out , lol
With the help of fitday Ive lost 6 pounds! its amazing! I love fitday!
Iam so happy theres a forum too! Its great! Yay!

Hello, I've been looking and checking out a few sites and came across fit day. sounds like it's for me. i'm 62 and 207 pounds have to get rid of some of this weight to feel better.I've been eating everything since the holidays and stress in my life. I'm trying believe me I am. Didn't want to wait till MOnday Sat night it begins. helen
