I am so glad I found this page and here I want to share my story.

All my life I've been this person who gains weight easily. After I stopped exercising in 7 years I've gained a lot. And I didnt even notice it. I just always bought clothes one size bigger. Why I want to change it now? Well, I was involved in a romance with this guy and he never said anything but in the end it turned out he didn't have feelings for me. Then it hit me- why am I not loving myself in a first place? Don't get me wrong- I'm not doing this just because of him, am doing it because of me. Am a pretty girl (well, now the only thing thats pretty is my inner world), but I want to shine also from outside. And I want to be healty and happy.

I tried a diet before, but I guess I wasnt eating normally at that time, actually, I wasnt eating anything except salad, so I lost weight but in a long run had terrible yo yo effect and it all came back, double.

Well, am 22 years young/old, my current weight is 86. 40 kg, I would want to go down to 66 kg in a year. I guess in lbs that would be 189 to 145. So I guess I need to lose 44 lbs. Hopefully possible.

p.s. Excuse my English if its not perfect, just its not my native language :)

I think your goal is very reasonable--there is no reason you can't do it. And just think how you'll look and feel then!
