Default 1st day here, going for 100 lbs in 10 months

Its gona be hard, but at 34 years of age I've lived the fat life 100% its time to start with the fit life for the rest of my life

Hey, Joe, welcome!

Yup, you're going to have to work it, but I'm here to tell 'ya it can be done.

Do the math to see what your calorie level should be to meet your goad and get going on some sort of exercise if/when you're able.

That's it, really, eat less and move more and track it in FitDay.

welcome to FitDay! I'm shocked that Michael missed out on this one (he must be sleepy), we have a couple 100 pound weight loss thread going on. Look in them and jump right in.

Man! You'll get me in trouble with the Boss.

Had to finish up and get outside early this morning for some quality time behind the snow blower (at least it's a pretty good workout).

Yes, by all means, Joe, join the fun in the 100+ thread!
